Terms and Agreement I will come prepared and actively participate in my tutorial sessions. I will contact the CEATAEC Coordinator if I have any problems with my tutor or tutoring sessions. If I decide to drop tutoring completely, I will notify both my tutor and the AEC Coordinator. I will notify the CEATAEC Coordinator if I drop the class for which I am receiving tutoring. If I am unable to keep a scheduled appointment, I will call and e-mail my tutor at least 2 hours in advance. I understand that if I miss two appointments without notifying my tutor, I will not be eligible for tutoring services for the rest of the semester. I will abide by the CEATAEC Tutoring procedures and policies as outlined on the cover of this form. I give the CEATAEC Coordinator permission to distribute my e-mail address and phone number to the tutors.
